When expressing an interest in obtaining additional educational information BCAS may share your information and / or direct you to a third-party website (College, Institute, University and or any such entity offering such education and / or information listed in These third parties may contact you, the prospective candidate to provide such information as inquired by the prospective candidate / visitor.

As you navigate, BCAS may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Websites Navigational Information”). Websites Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

For example, BCAS may use the data you provide to send you information regarding BCAS and its partners, information about new universities, colleges, courses and / or entrance exams, important dates / application deadlines and other relevant promotions or events.

Prospective Candidates and Visitors may elect to use BCAS’s referral program to inform friends about When using the referral program, BCAS requests the friend’s name and email address. BCAS will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit and / or its partners. BCAS does not store this information.

BCAS posts a list of Prospective Candidates and testimonials on that contain information such as Candidates names and titles. BCAS obtains the consent of each Candidate prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

6. Sharing of Information Collected

Unless described in this privacy statement, BCAS does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes. BCAS may share Data about BCAS Prospective Candidates with BCAS’s advertising / sponsoring partners (“clients”) so that these clients can contact Prospective Candidates and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. BCAS may also share Data about BCAS Prospective Candidates with BCAS’s clients to ensure the quality of information provided.

From time to time, BCAS may partner with other clients to jointly offer educational information, products and / or services. If you specifically express interest in a jointly-offered educational information, product or service from BCAS, BCAS may share Data about BCAS Prospective Candidates collected in connection with your interest with our joint promotion partner(s). Prospective Candidates may update or change their registration information by editing their user, educational or organization record. 9. Candidates Data

BCAS Prospective Candidates may electronically submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes (“Candidates Data”). BCAS will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Candidates Data except as provided in the BCAS Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the BCAS Master Subscription Agreement, BCAS may access Candidates Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Candidates’ request in connection with Candidates support matters, or as may be required by law.

10. Changes to this Privacy Statement
